Providing two thrilling days of winter racing action to help kick off the festive celebrations, The Christmas Meeting comes to Cheltenham Racecourse on Friday 13 and Saturday 14 December 2024.
Showcasing top-class jump racing with one of the most significant hurdle races of the entire season, there are seven races each day with highlights including the Unibet Middle Distance Veterans Handicap Steeple Chase on Friday and The December Gold Cup on Saturday.
There's lots of festive family fun to enjoy, too, with Saturday's Christmas Extravaganza featuring the chance to write Santa a letter and give it to him in his magical grotto, and even enjoy a Christmas pony ride!
See how good you've really been this year, too, with the help of the Elves and the Goodometer — they'll be hanging out in The Plaza on both Friday and Saturday to add names to the naughty and nice lists.
The Got2Sing choir is also in attendance singing Christmas carols to entertain racegoers throughout the weekend, as well as the Hornbrokers brass trio jazzing up proceedings around the Plaza christmas tree, and Richard James returns to Quevega's to ring in the merriment with an afternoon of Christmas classics.
