Set to smash the stereotype that vegan food is boring is a Mediterranean & Eastern Flavours cookery class at The Isbourne in Cheltenham.
Whether you are an established vegan or are interested in exploring new flavours, the class held on Saturday 16 February 2019 is sure to increase your cooking confidence and vegan knowledge.
Participants will explore the plant-based ingredients used in Mediterranean and Eastern cooking with an introductory talk, cooking demonstration and question and answer session with Andy Tibbs, head chef and owner of Poco Culina. Delicious!
