Following SoGlos’s Gloucestershire Lifestyle Awards, for which the Pyromaniac Chef sponsored the Best Food/Drink Producer category, there will be an exclusive SoGlos Producers Event on Saturday 23 June 2018.
The unique dining experience is organised by the Pyromaniac Chef herself, also known as MasterChef semi-finalist Kathryn Minchew, who has visited the award-nominated producers in order to create a special menu.
An innovative idea that aims to connect Gloucestershire’s independent food and drink suppliers, the Pyromaniac Chef’s menu promises to be anything but ordinary; diners can look forward to at least six incredible courses, as well as beer or wine from the best producers in the region.
Guests can expect a fabulous feast featuring the twelve producers; an example of what to expect on the menu is amazing mustard from The Tewkesbury Mustard Company, which will be incorporated into sausages.
The SoGlos award finalists, which have been the inspiration behind the menu, also include Hillside Brewery; The Cotswolds Distillery; Jesse Smith Farm Shop; The Gloucester Biltong Company; British Polo Gin; and Hobbs House Bakery.
