With live music, a DJ and plenty of delicious food and drink, wave goodbye to 2024 in style with a luxurious New Year's Eve party at Cirencester's The Kings Head Hotel.
Taking place in its stunning vaulted cellars, guests can enjoy a range of refreshments and entertainment throughout the evening to see in 2025, with the option to stay over when the party ends, too.
Guests can arrive from 7pm for cocktails and champagne available in the bar lounge, before the live music begins, with a singer performing from 8pm until 10.30pm in the cellar.
There, diners will be treated to a special five-course tasting menu, with a first course of fried oyster with nuoc cham and angel hair chillis; followed by sea-dived Hokkaido scallops with fregola, harissa, lemon gel and flatbread crisp.
The flavours keep coming with trompette del la mort and girolles, cèpes mushrooms and butternut squash wellington, pomme purée and winter greens; followed by chateaubriand with gratin dauphinoise, baby vegetables and 72-hours reduced jus; and chocolate pavé with coconut foam and raspberry textures, with all courses being served with the perfect wine pairing.
A DJ will then ramp up the party from 10.30pm until late, with a champagne tower getting underway at midnight, too.
For those looking for something more exclusive, there's also an opportunity to hold a private party in the Kings Head's vaulted wine cellar, with dinner for between 12 and 18 guests and Dom Perignon 2013 and canapés on arrival.
Private party guests then have the option to join the main event for the DJ and champagne tower from 10.30pm.
