Set in stunning surroundings and promising a relaxed evening of exquisite dining, The Compton Gallery will host a pop-up Thai Supper this November.

Expect exploding flavours and beautiful dishes on Thursday 1 November 2018 when expert chef, Ruben Leon-Acosta brings his travelling restaurant Nomada for one night only.

Originally from Cuba, chef Ruben has travelled to countries including Thailand, Vietnam and Cambodia to learn the art of expertly-crafted cuisine from around the globe.

With a delicious welcome cocktail on arrival, a selection of three starters and a main course served up with a perfect side dish, diners can also tuck into a heavenly dessert and even bring their own alcohol.

What’s more, art-lovers also have the chance to view the work of Rebecca Morris which will be exhibited in the gallery.
