Diners will enjoy a superb menu created by the talented team at Purslane, which includes crisp Porthilly oyster; wild seabass crudo; Cornish cod, and native lobster. Guests will then finish up with a delightful salted caramel tart, made with 70 per cent Valrhona chocolate and Jersey milk – a real treat for the taste buds.
