Described as one of the finest coastal gins made in the UK, diners sip Salcombe Distilling Co spirits along alongside a delicious dinner in the heart of the Cotswolds, this autumn.
Taking place at The Slaughters Manor House on Thursday 26 September 2019, guests can enjoy a welcome drink on arrival, before sitting down to a three-course dinner, matched with gin cocktails, and a further cocktail to end the evening.
Gin lovers will dine from a menu of poached salmon, served with an Arabella gin cocktail; rump of lamb matched with a Mischief cocktail; barbecued pineapple served with and an Island Queen gin cocktail; and to finish, a bitter chocolate tart matched with a Guiding Star cocktail.
Hosted by an expert from Salcombe Distilling Co, the event will allow gin fans to enjoy the nautical flavours (created by of one of the only distilleries in the world that requires guests to take a boat trip in order to visit!) alongside stunning flavours from the experienced Slaughters Manor House chefs.
