For lovers of fine dining, there can be no better treat than a six-course tasting menu with one of France's finest culinary experts talking you through it.
Whatley Manor's executive chef Ricki Weston has invited celebrated chef Charles Coulombeau to co-host an evening of fabulous Michelin-star feasting.
At 7pm on Wednesday 6 March 2024, the duo will serve up an array of carefully curated dishes to showcase some of the best seasonal favourites for diners to savour.
Costing £145 per person, the evening will include a glass of Nyetimber English sparkling wine on arrival, an introduction and commentary from the chefs, followed by a six-course menu with coffee to conclude.
There'll also be an optional wine flight for £95 per person to complement the flavours, with top class wines available by the glass too.
Charles Coulombeau has built a reputation for creating a dining experience that is second to none at La Maison dans le Parc restaurant in Nancy, France.
His dishes draw on years of experience as a chef at Gravetye Manor in Sussex, where he honed his culinary skills and gained recognition for his talent.
