Sure to go down a treat, Harts Barn Cookery School will once again open its doors for the ever-popular supper club nights, featuring a Forest Feast with dishes inspired by the Forest of Dean.
Serving up a feverously good feast on Friday 27 April 2018, the evening will kick off with a starter of wild garlic and forest mushroom pate served with a blackberry chutney and Forest Bakehouse sourdough.
For the main course, diners can expect a choice of braised wild boar with roasted vegetable and spring her mash or, alternatively vegetarian mushroom and nut terrine.
Finishing off the evening, the Forest of Dean Gateaux with a hazelnut biscuit is sure to satisfy anyone with a sweet tooth.
