Promising to combine a whole host of delicious and nutritious ingredients in a hands-on cookery workshop, visitors can whip up a storm at Harts Barn Cookery School’s Deliciously Vegan class.
Sure to get stomachs rumbling on Saturday 3 November 2018, the class will see cooks trying out a host of recipes using only plant-based ingredients under the expert guidance of the school’s teachers.
Delicious dishes visitors can create include marinated tofu with a vegetable stir fry and a peanut sauce; pulled jackfruit burgers with crunchy coleslaw ; and crispy Vietnamese crepes, to name a few.
