Meet giant dragons and baby ones at Berkeley Castle for a brand-new Halloween event this October half term.

Introducing a brand-new Halloween event for 2024, Berkeley Castle is welcoming a myriad of mythical creatures to its medieval fortress from Sunday 27 to Wednesday 30 October 2024.

Get up close to a giant dragon — a fire-blazing photo opportunity! — and find out if you've got what it takes to tame it.

There's also the chance to meet baby dragons roaming the castle grounds and learn all about their unique origins.

And who needs Hogwarts when Berkeley Castle has its very own Wizard School? Visit the Great Hall at 12.30pm and 3pm each day for a crash-course in witchcraft and wizardry from a real wizard.

With lots more to discover, from eerie dungeons to grand state rooms — not forgetting the Strictly Come Dancing Costume Exhibition, with dazzling dresses sure to delight little dance lovers, on display until the end of the month — Berkeley Castle promises a full family day out with a magical twist this October half term.
