Sure to delight children this summer, Batsford Arboretum will host a Words from the Wild Woods storytelling session within its beautiful, natural setting, with teddybear’s picnics welcome.

A highlight of the half term holiday on Friday 1 June 2018, the event will welcome storyteller Michael Loader who’ll be telling traditional tales and spontaneous stories that are inspired by animals, woods, forests, flora and fauna.

Featuring live music and a pinch of puppetry, the storytelling event welcomes audiences to join in the fun – hoot like an owl, howl like a wolf, and get lost in the woods during the enchanting experience.

With no need to book, happy families can turn up to enjoy the summer event, while Batsford Arboretum’s fantastic grounds are just waiting to be explored.
