The King’s School Gloucester is inviting prospective families to discover 'where happy children thrive' at its Whole School Open Morning on Friday 1 March 2024.
The Whole School Open Morning provides a unique opportunity to see its Little King's nursery, Junior and Senior schools and Sixth Form at work on a typical day, so families can experience the school's forward-thinking and inspirational environment for themselves.
The multi-award-winning and two-time Gloucestershire Lifestyle Awards Independent School of the Year welcomes boys and girls aged three to 18 to its diverse community of just over 740 pupils.
Benefitting from a special relationship with Gloucester Cathedral, being located right next door to the spectacular building, the school has a special sense of identity and welcomes pupils of all faiths and of none.
King’s pupils have a genuine love of learning, stemming from the school's stimulating and engaging lessons and small class sizes, as well as its enriching range of co-curricular activities in sport, music, performing and creative arts.
Pastoral care is of utmost importance to King's, too, with the school working in close partnership with parents to create an environment where children of all abilities can thrive.
During the Open Morning, parents will have the opportunity to speak to the admissions and bursary teams, who will be on hand to answer questions and provide helpful information on the applications process, as well as enjoying refreshments.
