Day-to-day struggles with urinary incontinence are the focus of a free online event being run by a specialist from Nuffield Health Cheltenham Hospital on Thursday 12 May 2022.
Scheduled to start at 7pm on Microsoft Teams, Incontinence, a dry perspective will see uro-gynae consultant Mr Philip Rahmanou explain ways to manage the daily pain associated with the condition and discuss the options for treatment, or the next steps to surgery.
The event is also designed to give people a chance to discuss their own experiences and find out about the symptoms of pelvic organ prolapse.
In his role at Nuffield Health Cheltenham, Rahmanou treats patients with urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse, as well as recurrent UTIs and painful bladder syndrome.
While this event is free of charge and open to all, places are limited and must be booked in advance by emailing tara.amos0@nuffieldhealth.com.
