Gloucestershire Wildlife Trust is inviting wildlife-loving little ones to learn some of nature’s yuckiest facts at The Muck Show on Friday 13 August 2021.
Join Eddie the Environmentalist at Crickley Hill near Birdlip, where he’ll be showing visitors how to spot wildlife using tracks and signs; what barn owls eat; and which animal has the stinkiest poo – among other nasty nature facts.
There are three shows taking place at 10am, 12.30pm and 2.45pm, each lasting around 20 minutes, with the opportunity to put those new-found tracking skills to good use on a nature walk afterwards, or the chance to take part in crafting activities too.
And with Crickley Hill also offering fantastic walking trails and spectacular views, families can enjoy a morning or afternoon of exploring out in the glorious Gloucestershire countryside.
Advance booking to The Muck Show is essential. Tickets cost £5 per person, with free entry for children under three – visitors are encouraged to bring picnic blankets or camping chairs to sit on for the performances.
