Inviting families to experience its 'unique, stimulating and safe environment for girls to flourish', Cheltenham Ladies' College is hosting summer open days on Monday 5 May and Saturday 7 June 2025.
Intended for girls looking to join the school in all year groups in 2026, 2027 and 2028, the open days give prospective pupils and their parents the opportunity to explore the college's spectacular central Cheltenham campus and meet staff and students – with the May open day being of particular interest to anyone looking for a day school place for September 2025.
One of the highlights for local families on both days is visiting the Day House – where wraparound care is provided from 7am to 7pm for day pupils – exploring the common rooms and garden and meeting the friendly staff. Boarding house tours are also available for those interested in boarding.
Ideal for first-time visitors, families can get an idea of the opportunities on offer at the school, including its varied curriculum, co-curricular offering and nurturing pastoral care, with an inspiring talk from principal Eve Jardine-Young followed by lunch in the CLC Health & Fitness Centre before heading home, too.
Cheltenham Ladies' College boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including a Health & Fitness Centre with swimming pool, climbing wall and gym, a professional theatre and cutting-edge engineering equipment, as well as an overall reputation for outstanding academic results.
It was named the 2025 Sunday Times Independent School of the Year for Academic Excellence in the South West and promises an education that encourages girls to think globally, cherish diversity and innovate in the face of an ever-changing world.
The open days run from 9.30am until 2pm and booking is essential.
