Promising heaps of Halloween fun for the whole family, Past-Times Living History is returning to Berkeley Castle this October half term for four days of spooktacular shenanigans.
Haunting the castle from Sunday 25 to Wednesday 28 October 2020, the living history performers will be delivering Tudor-themed entertainment, that is both engaging and educational – with plenty of ghostly goings-on to keep the little horrors happy.
Meet the horrible Henry VIII and his two beheaded wives, as they tell the terrible tale of how they lost their heads. And mischievous little monsters better watch out, with Grim the Executioner prowling the castle and Wee Jobbie the Gaoler looking to fill his dungeon.
What’s more, kids can take part in a gruesome gameshow and discover the most revolting Tudor remedies for plagues and pustules.
With social distancing and safety measures in place, there will be plenty of opportunities to engage with the Tudors in a responsible way – if you’re feeling brave enough!
Please note, advanced booking is required, with all Tudor activities included in the ticket price.
