The Crypt School in Gloucester welcomes prospective students to its Sixth Form Open Evening, offering the opportunity to learn more about the leading grammar school.
Taking place on Wednesday 6 November 2024, guests can enjoy talks from the headmaster, meet the teaching staff and learn about the A Level courses on offer in September 2025.
The Crypt School aims to make the transition from GCSEs to A Levels as smooth as possible, offering advice and guidance on UCAS preparation, comprehensive careers information and help with job and apprenticeship applications, promising to support all chosen pathways.
As well as providing individual and academic support to all students, its diverse enrichment programme helps pupils gain employability skills and broaden their interests, with a wide range of extracurricular activities to get involved in — from community volunteering and creative writing competitions to Formula 1 engineering and yoga.
Current Year 11 Crypt students and their parents are invited to find out more about its A Level offering from 5.30pm; while students new to the school can discover more about the sixth form and its programme at either 6.15pm or 7pm.
The Crypt School's open events are always popular, so students new to the school are asked to register in advance via cryptschool.org/admissions/open-events.
