A brilliant course specially for children will be at The Isbourne in Cheltenham this March, teaching little ones how to be more mindful as they grow older.

Forming three interactive sessions on Saturday 2, Saturday 9 and Saturday 16 March 2019, Mindfulness for children will be led by expert and DBS checked tutor, Angel Hoskins.

Parents can leave their children with Angela to learn a variety of skills including self-awareness, how to react to your emotions and tips of how to concentrate. Parents are invited back 10 minutes before the end of each session to hear what the children have learned.

Please note, this course must be booked as a block of three. Visitors cannot attend just one session.
