This spring, dive into the wonderful world of wetland insects with the Lloyd of the Flies Wetland Bug Hunt at WWT Slimbridge Wetland Centre.

WWT is partnering with Bristol-based animation studio Aardman and the Royal Entomological Society to take families on an epic minibeast wetlands adventure, fronted by well-known comedy character Lloyd of the Flies and his friends.

Follow the trail to help Lloyd and his new friend Dart the Dragonfly — your enthusiastic WWT tour guide! — to find Lloyd's friends and family and make their way to the bug hotel.

Download Aardman's special augmented reality app, Lloyd of the Flies AR Bug Hunt, to shrink down to fly size and see the world through insects’ eyes!

With plenty more to discover, you can also enjoy family-friendly pond dipping, mini-beast hunting and splashing about in Welly Boot Land at Slimbridge Wetland Centre.
