Leading Cotswold independent school, Rendcomb College, is inviting families with children aged three to 11-years-old to its Junior School Open Morning on Friday 8 March 2024.
After enjoying breakfast refreshments and a warm welcome from the head of college, head of juniors and the head boy and girl, visitors will get the chance to explore the school's spectacular countryside campus — which includes its very own forest school, sports facilities and science labs.
Families will take a guided tour of the school, where they'll get to see classes in action, chat to current pupils and get a feel for its inclusive, family atmosphere.
Rendcomb’s admissions team will also be on hand to answer any questions and provide information about scholarships and bursaries at the college over a cup of tea or coffee.
The school, which is based just outside Cirencester and within easy reach of nearby Cheltenham, has a community of 400 boys and girls which it encourages to be thoughtful, adventurous and ambitious.
As well as regular forest school sessions where children can enjoy the great outdoors, Rendcomb College Junior School pupils can take part in a range of co-curricular activities, including arts and crafts; Lego club; stop motion animation; sports from martial arts to pop lacrosse; and much more — with the choice of activities growing as children progress through the school.
With small class sizes and outstanding pastoral care, Rendcomb aims to help its Junior School pupils develop confidence and fulfil their potential in everything they do. It also helps them to prepare for the transition to senior school, with many children continuing their education at Rendcomb College.
Anyone wishing to attend the Junior School Open Morning at Rendcomb College can register for a place online in advance at rendcombcollege.org.uk.
