Bringing in 2025 with a bang, the gala evening kicks off at 7pm and begins with a prosecco and canapé reception, before guests are invited to sit down to a five-course dinner, with a live band performing after the service.
The menu features smoked salmon three ways; blackcurrant sorbet; fillet of beef; wild mushroom and black truffle pithivier; tasting of apple; and a selection of farmhouse cheeses. After dinner, there'll be coffee and petit fours before the DJ takes over to get everyone up and dancing for the disco.
If staying overnight, guests can also enjoy a delicious brunch on New Year's day — a fantastic way to kick off 2025 and refuel after all of the fun from the night before.
The family party, meanwhile, starts at 6.30pm and features themed food stalls, a family disco, children's entertainment and a games room.
A three-course dinner is included with options for little ones including tomato soup, cheesy garlic bread or melon ball skewers with raspberry sauce to start; followed by spaghetti and meatballs, sausage and mash, penne pasta or fish goujons; and desserts like chocolate brownie bites, strawberry pots, orange and lime jelly or rainbow trifles.
The residential package including the gala, overnight accommodation plus brunch on New Year's Day costs £209 per person; with the family party and overnight stay costing £178 for adults and £72 per child aged three to 14.
