Cheltenham gets plenty of A-listers and celebrities to its festivals each year, but this May 2023, the town is welcoming something it's never seen before - the biggest and best fearsome creature in Europe.
On Sunday 21 May 2023, Zeus the tyrannosaurus rex is roaming Cheltenham's Promenade, and he's ready to roar.
Zeus is the biggest walking T-Rex in Europe, standing at a whopping 12 feet high and 22 feet long, and he's sure to awe little ones looking up at him.
Invited by Cheltenham BID, Zeus will welcome visitors outside Waterstones on the Promenade from midday to 3pm, where dino fans of all ages can meet the Jurassic giant.
He won't be the only stunning sight either, as two newly-hatched dinosaurs are joining Europe's scaliest citizen for his Cheltenham visit.
With animatronic blinking, opening and closing jaws and one of the loudest roars in the land, Zeus's visit is sure to be pure dino-mite!
