Wotton House International School in Gloucester is holding a ‘discovery day’ on Saturday 12 February 2022, where parents and children can see for themselves how hands-on fun can contribute to a rigorous education.
With an emphasis on helping children aged seven to 16 grow to be able to live anywhere in the world, as well as on outdoor education, the event gives visitors the opportunity to find out what a typical day at Wotton House might look like.
Children can enjoy explosive science demos and try their hand at some of the rewilding activities that form part of pupils’ weekly visits to the Wilderness Centre in the Forest of Dean – including meeting ponies and making and stuffing their own hay nets!
As an International Baccalaureate World School, Wotton School teaches the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Programme, alongside the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSEs), recently receiving its best ISI Regulatory Compliance Inspection Report ever.
Early booking for the Discovery Day is advised, as places are limited. For more information, and to book a place, visit wottonhouseschool.co.uk
