Offering an exciting array of activities for all the family, Leisure at Cheltenham is the place to be on Wednesday 1 August 2018, when it hosts a Big Day of Fun and opens its brand-new splash pad.
Part of a £2.5 million redevelopment of the centre, the splash pad’s opening comes as great news for kids and their parents, with a number of water play activities awaiting to put a smile on visitors’ faces.

Big Day of Fun
Getting August off to a brilliant start, Leisure at Cheltenham’s Big Day of Fun does what it says on the tin, promising exciting activities for youngsters to enjoy.
Outside activities include bouncy castles; crazy golf; a treasure island activity run; tots play centre; World Jungle circus workshop; cycling skills with Balanceability; and Glos Disco complete with games, competitions, magic and music.
Over in the sports hall, enjoy a skater club, netball, dance and boccia; while there will also be a mini gym with soft play equipment for little ones. In the dance studio, highlights include zumba for kids, and Sh’bam sessions, offering the ultimate fun and sociable way to exercise.
While for cooling off, head to the training pool for some family fun with floats and exciting equipment from Swim Local, and play on a giant inflatable in the main pool.
The Cheltenham Swimming Club will also be hosting some Water Polo taster sessions during the day, offering the ideal opportunity to try something new.
Splash Pad
Be amongst the first to visit Cheltenham's new splash pad at the event; Leisure at Cheltenham will be celebrating the opening of its fantastic new facility on the day.
The perfect way to cool off and have heaps of watery fun, the indoor aquatic play zone is suitable for children and their parents to enjoy, with hourly sessions running on the day.
