Theatre-goers of all ages can enjoy a gripping masterpiece play at Everyman Theatre in spring, when Terence Rattigan’s classic family drama, The Winslow Boy visits Cheltenham.
The major new revival will be performed in town from Monday 16 to Saturday 21 April 2018 from the producers of critically acclaimed plays The King’s Speech and Single Spies, and directed by Olivier Award-nominated Rachel Kavanaugh.
Based on a real-life event from the Edwardian era, The Winslow Boy offers a window into social class and political hypocrisy of the time, following the heart-tugging decisions of each member of the Winslow family.
The story sees 14-year-old Ronnie Winslow who is accused of theft, offering a highly-charged moral drama which is sure to keep audiences riveted this spring.
