Get lost in the woods with The Grimm Sisters, a brand-new immersive theatre production that’s coming to Westonbirt Arboretum on Saturday 7 August 2021.
It’s the Cotswold venue’s first ever open-air theatre show, brining fairy tale themes to life in the arboretum’s enchanting setting.
Produced by Scratchworks Theatre Company, the show invites audiences aged six and above to join the Grimm Sisters, Brunhilda and Mitzi, as they uncover the truth behind our favourite fairy tale stories.
Watch the twisted two-woman show unfold, with a mix of comedy, singing and live music – all while soaking up the Gloucestershire attraction’s gorgeous surroundings.
What’s more, tickets include a day admission to Westonbirt Arboretum, giving guests the chance to explore the woodland, search for Gruffalo sculptures or try out the new restaurant for a bite to eat.
Outdoor theatre-goers are encouraged to bring their own blankets, cushions or low-backed camping chairs to sit on while enjoying the performance. Picnics are welcome, but there are plenty of onsite catering facilities, too.
