Inspired by the 90s movie, the international and award-winning hit musical, The Bodyguard The Musical, is on its way to Cheltenham’s Everyman Theatre for a string of performances that fuse together romance, danger and thrill.
Coming to Cheltenham on Monday 21 until Saturday 26 August 2023, The Bodyguard The Musical features Zoe Birkett from ITV's Pop Idol, Moulin Rouge and The Great British Bake Off The Musical as Rachel Marron and Emmerdale and Hollyoaks star, Ayden Callaghan, as Frank Farmer.
Gloucestershire theatregoers can watch the romantic thriller unravel when Frank Farmer, former secret service agent turned bodyguard, is hired to protect superstar Rachel Marron from an anonymous stalker.
Throughout the production, audiences can hear a collection of Whitney Houston's musical classics including 'Queen of the Night', 'One Moment in Time', 'Run to You', 'I Have Nothing', 'Greatest Love Of All', 'Million Dollar Bill', 'I Wanna Dance With Somebody' and the iconic, 'I Will Always Love You'.
