Fans of soul music are in for a treat when the Returning to The Sub Rooms weekend proudly welcomes back two sell-out artists to Stroud, in June 2023.
Taking place on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 June 2023, the event offers visitors the chance to catch two legendary soul artists - P.P. Arnold and the iconic Mica Paris on stage, showcasing their impressive vocals, gospel and rhythm.
P.P. Arnold at The Sub Rooms
Known as London's 'first lady of soul' since the 60s and working with artists such as Mick Jagger, Rod Stewart, the Small Faces, Eric Clapton, Nick Drake, Paul Weller and plenty more throughout her career, it's no wonder why P.P. Arnold's last performance at the Stroud venue back in 2019 was a sell-out.
With the legendary singer still going strong, fans can see her on stage at The Sub Rooms on Friday 23 June 2023 from 8pm.
Mica Paris at The Sub Rooms
After a sell-out show at The Sub Rooms back in 2021, Mica Paris will be gracing the Stroud stage once more on Saturday 24 June 2023 from 8pm.
The award-winning British singer, presenter, broadcaster and actor is one of the UK's most respected artists, with a long career of hit singles and albums marking her out as the undisputed 'British queen of soul'.
Hospitality at The Sub Rooms
Alongside the great entertainment, event goers can make the most of their weekend by booking a pre-performance dinner at The Sub Rooms Central Bar and Kitchen.
