Families and fans of Shakespeare can catch two brand-new performances of the bard's most quotable comedy, As You Like It, at Berkeley Castle this summer.
With two showings on Wednesday 14 and Thursday 15 August 2024, 'all the world's a stage' at this gorgeous Gloucestershire attraction, as the castle grounds are transformed into an outdoor theatre set.
Expect mistaken identities, flashes of romance, big laughs and even a sheep from this hilarious adaption of Shakespeare's work, as mayhem unfolds in the ancient Forest of Arden.
It's the latest show from The Duke's Theatre Company, which has brought its acclaimed adaptations of Shakespeare's plays to Berkeley Castle for the last three summers.
Audiences are encouraged to bring their own chairs or blankets to sit on — and come dressed for the unpredictable British weather!
