This Halloween, one of Gloucester’s spookiest venues, Blackfriars Priory, is hosting a Murder Mystery Evening on Saturday 31 October 2020.
Led by a team of professional actors, Blackfriars will be transformed into the residence of Lord Goodbottom for the evening, as he invites Gloucester’s high society to join him for a glitzy birthday bash.
According to organisers: ‘The only problem is, nobody told death they weren’t on the guest list!’
The evening starts with a welcome drink at your table, followed by a two-course dinner, with a choice of mozzarella ‘impaled’ chicken breast or ‘malignant’ Mediterranean vegetable tart for the main course and chocolate blood orange brownie for dessert.
Will anyone be able to work out whodunnit before the 10pm curfew?
Tickets cost £48 per person and tables can be booked for two, four or six people, to comply with current government social distancing guidelines.
