Brit-pop supergroup Lightning Seeds head to Gloucester this November to play their biggest ever album in full, to an intimate audience of fans.
A warm up gig for the band’s 25th anniversary tour, which celebrates the release of the album Jollification, the gig on Tuesday 26 November 2019 will see the pivotal album played in its entirety, along with a range of the band’s greatest hits.
Originally started as a solo studio project by Big In Japan guitarist Ian Broudie, Lightning Seeds eventually became a collaboration project featuring band members from Oasis, The La’s and The Who. Together, the group released their biggest album, jollification, which went on to sell over 900,000 copies.
Now celebrating 25 years since its 1994 release, Lightning Seeds will play hits including ‘Pure’, ‘The Life of Riley’ and ‘Lucky You.
