‘We all want to meet people from history. The trouble is everyone is dead!’ the tagline reads – with the Everyman Theatre giving Gloucestershire families the chance to see Horrible Histories re-enacting life’s highs and lows of some of the barmiest characters in British history, live this summer.

Can you beat battling Boudicca? Will you lose your head to horrible Henry VIII? Dare you stand and deliver to dastardly Dick Turpin? Or move to the groove with party Queen Victoria?

On the Cheltenham stage from Thursday 19 to Sunday 22 August 2021, a trip to the theatre will be a summer holidays treat for children who are fans of the brilliant (and secretly educational!) television show.
