With packages costing £70 per person, tuck into a starter of beetroot and gin cured Scottish salmon roses, followed by creamy honey glazed soup; main of English duo of lamb or oven roast vegetable wellington, rounded off with a decadent trio of desserts.
Once the New Year's feast is finished, partygoers can dance the night away during the DJ's set, before getting ready for the countdown to the New Year.
