Expect traditional sea shanties, Cornish charm and an unexpected rise to fame when Fisherman’s Friends: The Musical comes to the Everyman Theatre in Cheltenham this September 2022, with a brand-new stage adaptation based on the true story and hit film.

On stage from Tuesday 20 to Saturday 24 September 2022, Gloucestershire theatregoers can experience a musical inspired by ‘friendship, community and music’, as a group of unlikely fishermen end up on the Pyramid Stage at Glastonbury.

Directed by James Grieve and based on the book by Amanda Whittington, Fisherman’s Friends: The Musical is set to feature choreography by Olivier Award nominee Matt Cole, plus a myriad of musical numbers for audiences to roar along to, like real sailors.
