World War I cinematic screening at Cheltenham Municipal Offices

Marking 100 years since the signing of the Armistice agreement, a huge celebratory film is being screened onto Cheltenham’s Municipal Offices - larger than four IMAX screens!

Situated just behind Cheltenham’s War Memorial, Cheltenham’s Municipal Offices will provide the backdrop to a stunning cinematic screening, marking the centenary of World War I.

Taking place on Sunday 11 November 2018, a short film will be projected onto the building, measuring an impressive 50 meters – four times the size of an IMAX screen.

The 15-minute film will depict various aspects of World War I, and highlight the sacrifices made by men and women from across Gloucestershire and the country.
