Over 200 re-enactors will take part in a captivating mock battle this August bank holiday, along with historical displays and musket fire drills across the city of Gloucester.
With muskets firing and thrilling excitement for the whole family, the event will take place on Sunday 25 and Monday 26 August 2019. The historical re-enactment will include a living history camp in Brunswick Square from 11am to 5pm on both days.
At 2.30pm in Gloucester Park, visitors can enjoy the excitement of battle and step back in time to 17th century life in Gloucester.
A fantastic family day out, audiences of all ages can discover what life was like during the 17th century, find out about what kind of food would have been eaten and try on the pikeman’s armour.
