Welcoming an anticipated 150,000 visitors through the gates of RAF Fairford, The Royal International Air Tattoo is back from Friday 19 to Sunday 21 July 2024, promising an utterly unmissable show.
On top of hours of thrilling displays streaking across the Gloucestershire skies, including the inimitable RAF Red Arrows, visitors can get up close to miles of aeroplanes parked up on the ground, too.
Among the hundreds of planes involved in the flying and static displays, British Spitfires, Hurricanes, Lancasters and Typhoons will be joined by an eclectic mix of aircraft from all over the world — as the show celebrates the 50th anniversary of the F-16; 75 years of the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation (NATO) and the Royal Canadian Air Force's centenary.
Its operational theme of 'Pushing the Boundaries in Air and Space' also recognises 100 years of military aviation Test and Evaluation flying.
There are also opportunities to meet RAF personnel; explore the multitude of interactive exhibits to inspire the next generation of aviators in the Techno Zone; browse the stalls in the Village Green; and enjoy live music and dancing on the bandstand.
The show opens from 7.30am each day, with flying displays getting underway from 11am on Friday and 10am on Saturday and Sunday.
Adult tickets cost from £45 each and Saturday is sold out. Children under 18 can visit the show for free alongside an adult ticket holder.
Please note, tickets to the Royal International Air Tattoo must be purchased online in advance and no tickets will be available on the gate.
