Bringing cancer care to patients across Gloucestershire, the Hope For Tomorrow charity is encouraging local residents to get together for tea, coffee and cake in aid of mobile cancer care, as part of its 'Cuppa for Cancer Care' campaign.
Taking place from Monday 30 January through to Sunday 5 February 2023 and coinciding with World Cancer Day on Saturday 4 February, those in the county are being asked to host their very own 'Cuppa for Cancer Care' event wherever they want - be it in their home, office, or village hall - to help raise vital funds.
Whether serving up decadent brownies or a classic Victoria sponge to accompany hot drinks, all funds raised will help the charity continue to support those in need, with each event hosted helping NHS cancer patients to receive their treatment closer to their home or work, instead of travelling lengthy distances to hospital.
