In a special one-off event hosted at the Three Counties Showground in Malvern by the Three Counties Agricultural Society, this informative day discusses the future of farming and shares expert tips and solutions for 'succession planning'.

Learn all about what succession planning is and how to make sure your agricultural business has a strategic process that identifies and develops potential leaders and key employees, with insightful and engaging talks, expert advice clinics and one-to-one-sessions available for in-depth chats, too.

The event features speakers such as Brian Richardson, UK head of agriculture at Virgin Money; Lucie Hammond from chartered accountancy firm, HazlewoodsMartin Waite, co-founder of financial advisory firm, Ashbridge Partners; and Jon Johnson, founder of business consultancy, Mountain Perspective.
