Head to The Growth Hub in Cirencester for its Be Your Own Boss workshop, designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs turn their business dreams into a reality.
The one-day workshop equips attendees with the tools and knowledge to launch and grow a successful business, with insights into creating a comprehensive business plan, managing finances and conducting market research.
Knowledge will also be shared on how to identify competitors and understand target customers, both key factors for standing out in crowded markets.
Each attendee will leave the session with a business plan template and a marketing and sales action plan, ready to start a new venture in the new year.
The Be Your Own Boss workshop is being held in person at the Cirencester Growth Hub, led by start-up expert Rachel Sweet, on Wednesday 15 January 2025 from 9.30am until 3.30pm.
