Hosted at the University of Gloucestershire's Oxstalls Campus and organised for the Forum by Emerge Digital, keynote speaker Alex Brown, former player and now CEO of Gloucester Rugby, is sharing his secrets to success in business leadership on and off the pitch.
Talking the group through his journey from player to leader, Alex will reflect on the leadership he received and gave during his playing career and how it shaped his approach to heading up Gloucester Rugby.
He’ll also discuss how he managed moving off the pitch onto the sidelines and behind the scenes — and how he has helped get the club to where it is now.
Tom Henson, MD of Emerge Digital, will also be discussing how to use tech to propel your business's growth, with tips on AI, automation and avoiding common pitfalls.
Taking place on Wednesday 19 March 2025 from 8am to 1.30pm, the doors open at 7.30am and tickets include lunch and 121 discussions with the experts.
Tickets are free and should be booked in advance, with the forum suggesting a charity donation of £25, which is paid through Eventbrite.
This year's event is raising money for The King's Trust, WWT and Cheltenham Animal Shelter, with 100 per cent of the profits from ticket donations going to the charities.
