Find out what to do in the event of a cyber attack on your business

To be prepared is the best form of defence — and this police-led event in April 2025 from The Growth Hub in Tewkesbury spares no details on how to protect and prevent your business from the vulnerabilities of a cyber attack.

A serving police officer and cyber security expert leads this event on how to manage a cyber attack, in April 2025.

Delivered by Joseph Ross, a serving member of the police and chief technology and finance officer of the South West Cyber Resilience Centre (SWCRC), this informative event gives business owners and team leaders all the important details they need to ensure their business is well-prepared and sufficiently protected for a potential cyber attack.

Completely free to attend — as are most Growth Hub events — the SWCRC is a police-led, business-focused initiative designed to protect and empower SMEs across the south west.

Taking place on Thursday 10 April 2025 from 9am to 12pm at Tewkesbury Growth Hub's base in Tewkesbury Borough Council, Joseph will help businesses bust cyber myths, tackling the most common reasons why businesses don't prepare for cyber defences.

He'll also explain how the SWCRC can support businesses and tailor its guidance to each, for strong 'cyber hygiene'. You'll also takeaway 'actionable advice on where to start', including how to test websites and emails for vulnerabilities.

Sign up for your spot via The Growth Hub website.
