A glance at the names due to attend a forthcoming business conference on potential skills shortages shows just how important Gloucestershire is when it comes to cyber.
On Thursday 17 June 2021, the University of Gloucestershire will be joined by industry giants to discuss the current skills shortage facing cyber employers across Gloucestershire and the south west – and propose their solutions.
Hear from IBM and defence and US security giant Raytheon, as well as BT – while the Golden Valley Development and Gloucestershire College will also be represented at the event.
The day will include information on cyber educational offers; demonstrations and discussions on some of the latest cyber security research; and the opportunity to network with key cyber businesses and engage with current university students and graduates, too.
