Cotswolds residents are being asked to vote for which local charities should feature in the region’s new Monopoly game, due to be released in Spring 2022.

After it was revealed that the Cotswolds is getting its very own official Monopoly game, three Cotswolds charities are being sought to feature on the new Cotswolds Monopoly board.

The featured charities will be immortalised on each of the game’s three Community Chest spaces, with Cotswolds residents encouraged to vote for their favourites from Wednesday 1 September until Thursday 30 September 2021.

To qualify and be in the running to be selected, the charities must be Cotswolds focused and official registered charities.

Custom games executive at Winning Moves UK, Ella Gibbs, said: ‘We feel that charities getting to feature on all of the game’s three Community Chest spaces is a great fit, bearing in mind the ‘community’ aspect of these unique Monopoly features.’

Voting closes on at midnight on Thursday 30 September 2021, with the new game due to hit shops in spring 2022.
