These terms and conditions shall apply to all competitions published on SoGlos (and, where applicable, on SoGlos’s social media pages) and your entry will be deemed as acceptance of all terms and conditions specified here.
No purchase is necessary to enter any competitions on SoGlos, prizes are as stated only and no cash alternatives will be given.
Competitions are open to all UK residents (over the age of 18 in alcohol- or travel-related competitions, or in other cases as stated) except employees of the companies or organisations with whom the competition or offer is being run, their agents or anyone directly connected with the competition.
Only one entry is permitted per person. No bulk or third party entries are permitted. Where stated in the competition copy, a second entry may also be accepted via specific SoGlos social media pages.
Competition entries must be completed accurately and SoGlos reserves the right not to accept the entry if it is completed incorrectly.
No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or mislaid.
SoGlos has the full and free right to alter arrangements or prizes should circumstances change and to terminate a competition before the specified closing date.
All entries and copyright in competition entries automatically become the property of SoGlos upon entering a competition and all entrants to competitions agree to cooperate in any publicity that may arise.
If stated, entries may be shared with a third-party partner(s) which the competition is being run in partnership with.
To the extent permitted by law, SoGlos excludes all liability for any loss in connection with competitions.
The closing date for receipt of entries is as stated for each individual competition. The winner(s) will be drawn at random from all valid entries, and will be notified by telephone or email within 28 days of the closing date – the judge’s decision is final in all cases.
These competition terms and conditions are effective as of 1 March 2007. SoGlos may change these competition terms and conditions at any time. You should periodically revisit these competition terms and conditions to be sure that you are familiar with the current policy.
