The Museum of Gloucester is hosting a series of Ladybird-themed events as part of its new exhibition this summer 2021, including a Bug Ball.

Little Ladybird fans can get dressed up for a dance lesson and firefly disco at the Museum of Gloucester.

As part of its new family-friendly exhibition, The Wonderful World of the Ladybird Book Artists, the Museum of Gloucester is inviting children to a Bug Ball on Thursday 26 August 2021.

Suitable for children aged five to 10-years-old, dance teacher Ellie Maynard will be showing off all the latest dance moves, with children encouraged to come dressed as their favourite bug!

The Bug Ball costs £2 per person to attend. Entry to The Wonderful World of the Ladybird Book Artists at the Museum of Gloucester is by donation – so families can pay what they can to enjoy the exhibition.
