North Cotswolds UNO networking event in Chipping Camden
One for businesses in the north Cotswolds, the UNO networking group is hosting its monthly get-together on Wednesday 3 April 2024 from 10am to 11.30am.
Meeting at the Seagrave Arms in Weston Subedge, Chipping Campden, the group sits down for brunch, with everyone getting the opportunity to introduce themselves and their business. Tickets cost £15 and are available via Eventbrite.
'Our Corporate Memory' — a Gloucestershire Heritage Hub event in Gloucester
A special Heritage Hub event on Saturday 6 April 2024 from 1pm to 4pm, the afternoon looks back on over 135 years of the local government in Gloucestershire, with pre-bookable talks including 'Public Servants All — a selection of officers and councillors illustrating 135 years of change in Gloucestershire local government' and 'Great Intentions: the education service in Gloucestershire in the 20th century'.
There will be collections on display of historic parish, district and county council documents that are usually held at the Gloucestershire Archives; while attendees can discover their family history at the Gloucestershire Family History Resource Centre. Free refreshments are on offer throughout the afternoon and parking is available on-site at the Heritage Hub on Clarence Row in Gloucester. 'Strive To Survive... The Road to F1' event at Dunkertons Cider
SoGlos readers may remember reading about Gloucestershire teenage F1 hopeful, Zak O'Sullivan, and his ambitions to reach Formula One. On Monday 8 April 2024, hear from Cheltenham's very own motorsport prodigy himself, as the 19-year-old sits down with F1 TV's Laura Winter for an in-depth interview and Q&A session at an exclusive event at Dunkertons Cider.
Everyone receives a welcome drink and the chance to enter the free prize draw, with a private tour of Williams F1 Museum for four people, accompanied by Zak, up for grabs. All funds raised from the event will go towards funding his F2 season — with Zak and his team also offering exclusive sponsorship opportunities for Gloucestershire businesses to help support his motorsport career.

On Tuesday 9 April from 8am to 10am, Cheltenham law firm, Charles Russell Speechlys, is hosting a breakfast networking event for business owners and managers.
All about making business decisions and the risks that can come with them, this interactive session will give an interesting insight into some of the key mistakes as well as the big wins that you can take action on.

On Wednesday 10 April 2024 starting at 10am, a relaxed and friendly 'netwalking' event for female business owners kicks off from Crickley Hill Country Park in Birdlip near Gloucester.
Meet outside the cafe at 10am and enjoy the peaceful trails of the countryside through woods and across pastures. A group for female business owners and entrepreneurs in and around Tetbury in the Cotswolds, this month's networking meetup is on Thursday 25 April 2024 from 10am to 12pm at the 18th century Trouble House Inn on London Road in Tetbury.
The pub opens early for the group at around 9.45am, for businesswomen to grab a hot drink before heading into the meeting room.
