A huge number of spring and summer events have been cancelled or postponed due to the Coronavirus Covid-19 outbreak – with all pubs, clubs, restaurants, theatres and gyms, as well as all non-essential retail shops, across Gloucestershire temporarily closing their doors to aid social distancing measures.

To keep our readers as informed as possible in this rapidly changing situation, SoGlos’s journalists will be updating this list of Gloucestershire events that have been confirmed as cancelled or postponed, and venues temporarily closed, because of the Covid-19 pandemic on an ongoing basis.

Following the government annoucement at 8.30pm on Monday 23 March 2020, the UK was effectively put into lockdown, so it is safe to assume all non-essential businesses are shut and all events scheduled during this time will be cancelled or postponed until the end of lockdown is announced. Some restrictions have been lifted after an announcement on Monday 11 May 2020, but keep checking back here for the latest news on cancellations.

This article will be updated on an ongoing basis…
