I have been to a fair few spas in my time and I have to admit that I needn't have bothered looking up and down the country for the perfect retreat, when Le Spa was on my doorstep all the time. Treat yourself to a whole day to make the most of the facilities and take along a few friends for an occasion to remember. Weekdays are less busy too, so make the most of a day off work or long weekend break, and you won't regret it! 21 January 2008
